29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): The fall protection plan shall be prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast concrete work, or residential construction work is being performed and the plan must be maintained up to date. a. On or about October 24, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting greenhouse roof panel replacement operations were exposed to fall hazards between nine (9) feet six (6) inches and seventeen (17) feet six (6) inches, due to the safety monitor being on the ground instead of on the same level as the employees being monitored.
