29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty: On or about October 2019, a load of DRAGONPLY Premium Hardwood (with white cardboard) was suspended by the forks of a forklift and the employer did not protect employees from struck-by hazards when their body was beneath the suspended load during the manual removal of the broken pallet pieces.
