Instances include but are not limited to: a. unsecured standing cylinders b. Missing protective caps to the helium cylinders c. Employees move boxes of products and merchandise which are next to unsecured stored tanks and tanks missing protective caps.  Dollar Tree Stores was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1183553 citation number_2 item number_2_ and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1327 Main Street, Billings, Montana 59105.  Dollar Tree Stores was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number_951864_, citation number_1_, item number_1_ and was affirmed as a final order on (December 9, 2015), with respect to a workplace located at 2704 Brooks Street #A, Missoula, Montana 59801.
