Pier 1 Imports (U.S.), Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(b) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1108181, Citation number 2, Item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2016, with respect to the workplace located at 6010 North Port Washington Road, Glendale, WI, 53217. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

The access to the portable fire extinguisher was blocked with merchandise boxes, materials carts, furniture and baskets with merchandise. No abatement certification or documentation required.
