29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)    On or about October 25, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by flying projectile hazard while using a Skil Circular Saw to cut boards and panels without safety glasses.  b)    On or about October 25, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by flying projectile hazard while using a Bosch Circular Saw to cut boards and panels without safety glasses.  c)    On or about October 25, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by flying projectile hazard while using a JITOOL Nailer and a Hyper Tough Claw Hammer to install cornice without safety glasses.
