29 CFR 1926.453(a)(2): Field modification of the aerial lift was not certified in writing by the manufacturer or by any other equivalent entity, such as a nationally recognized testing laboratory, to be in conformity with all applicable provisions of ANSI A92.2-1969:  a) 13 East Main Street, Fort Johnson, NY - On or about October 16, 2019, employees were utilizing an aerial lift as a crane, attaching rigging gear to the bottom of the basket to lift and set trusses.  This violates the aerial lift manufacturer guidelines and  thus exposed employees to a fall and crushing hazard.
