29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  a. On or about 10/15/2019, at the TSA employee breakroom next to the passengers checkpoint of Rafael Hernandez International Airport in Aguadilla, PR., the electrical service panel in the area was not readily accessible. The electrical service panel was blocked with a sofa, placed in the floor below and in front, obstructing access.  NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required as photographic evidence of abatement was provided previous to date of citation.
