Pflumm in Olathe, Kansas; Employees engaged in residential framing activities, sheeting the roof of the two stories building, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the top of the roof to the ground below in that employees were not using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At a job site located at 12100 S. Pflumm in Olathe, Kansas. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that they had not been trained in fall hazard recognition and the proper installation or use of the equipment, procedures and systems designed to mitigate those hazards.
