29 CFR 1926.102(b)(1): Protective eye and face protection devices did not comply with any of the ANSI Z87-1 Consensus Standards:     a) Jobsite) On October 17, 2019 and a times prior thereto, an employee performing framing activities used a pneumatic nail gun with 2 and 3/4 inch nails.  The employee was not wearing protective eyewear.      Note) Certification of corrective action is required fore this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) Jobsite: On October 17, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an employee performed framing activities on a 6 in 12 pitched roof, without a fall protection system in place.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard ranging from 10 to 16 feet to the ground below.    Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
