29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: (a) Facility Wide - On October 25, 2019, the employer failed to certify that the periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed and contained the required documentation such as the identification of the machine or equipment, inspection date, employees included and the person performing the inspection. In accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
