29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:    a) Jobsite: On October 16, 2019 an employee performing roofing activities on a flat roof did not properly use the personal fall restraint system that was in place.  The harness the employee was wearing was not attached to the lanyard as part of a complete personal fall arrest/restraint system. This exposed the employee to a 12 foot fall hazard when working and getting on/off the roof at the ladder.       Note) Corrected during the inspection.
