29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:     a) On or about October 10, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform effective frequent and regular inspections of sites that they controlled to identify, correct and/or eliminate hazards to which their employees and/or the employees of subcontractors were exposed.  Hazards include but are not limited to falls from the lack of use of fall protection, exposures to eye and/or overhead hazards while not donning protective helmets and safety glasses.     Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a)  On or about October 10, 2019, the controlling employer did not ensure sub-contracted employers protected their employees while performing framing activities and exposed to a fall hazards on the residential structures without a means of fall protection.     Note: Abatement certification IS NOT required for this item.
