29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Facility, 270 Braddock Avenue, Turtle Creek, PA: On or about October 28, 2019 a relocatable power tap was not being used in accordance with listing or labeling. The power tap was plugged into a receptacle on a mezzanine and was hanging by the cord. The power tap was being used to power vending machines.
