29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented. On or about October 28, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 2209 Barcelona Court, Westlake, Texas; at the new residential construction site, employees were walking and working from the roof and not protected from falling more than 18 feet to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system. EDGAR MOLINA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1056808, CITATION NUMBER 002, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON MAY 01, 2015 AND WAS AFFIRMED FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 01, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5216 SENDERO DRIVE, FORT WORTH, TEXAS 76126.
