29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a. On or about October 17, 2019, at 1811 Hudson Drive, Rockledge, FL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, while installing shingles on the roof of a residential property, employees did not understand the requirements for fall protection and methods of protecting employees from falling 9 feet 4.5 inches to the ground below.
