OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire hazards from inadequately maintained fuel trucks: a) Ramp Areas - The 100LL fuel tank truck had aviation gasoline leaking from under the tank, on or about February 5, 2020. b) Ramp Areas - The 100LL fuel tank truck had an emergency shut-off valve that was inoperable, on or about February 5, 2020.
