29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. At the construction site located at 211 NE Highway 7 in Blue Springs, Missouri: Employees engaged in masonry activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet from the upper working level of the scaffold to the ground below in that a guardrail system was not provided.
