29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 24, 2019, at 5704 Drummond Way, Naples, Florida, 34119, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8 feet, 6 inches to ground level, when conducting roofing work on a roof with a 5:12 pitch and not using a means of fall protection system. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
