29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: Worksite: On or about October 28, 2019, employer did not inspect to make sure the guardrail in different locations throughout the worksite were properly secured and safe for workers working in the immediate areas. This condition exposed workers to fall hazards exceeding 6 feet.
