On or about October 22, 2019 in Driller's station, there was a power tap connected to another power tap cord that were connected in series (daisy chained) to one another. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations shall have an enclosure for the receptacle that is weatherproof when the receptacle is covered: On or about October 22, 2019, Rig #588, the outdoor receptacle (120V) located in the mud mixing area had a damaged cover and was not protected from the weather, this condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
