Aluminum cleaner tank no. 1 2. Rinse: City Water tanks no. 2, 4, 8, 9 and 11; 3. Etching tank #3 4. Desmutt sulfuric acid at 12%,Desmutt 1001 tank no. 5 5. Dilute sulfuric acid for anodize tank no. 6 and no. 7 6. Seal water and nickel acetate tank no. 10

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: a. At the anodizing department located at 301 Commerce Blvd. in Oldsmar, Florida, on or about October 30, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to skin burns when they were allowed to walk and stand over the ledge of the seal dip tank # 10 containing a sealing solution of nickel acetate at a temperature of 180º F. The employer did not select the appropriate foot and thermal protective clothing.

Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA. a. On or about August 26, 2019 at 301 Commerce Blvd. in Oldsmar, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on August 26, 2019. The employer notified OSHA on October 5, 2019 at 2:56 P.M. of the in-patient hospitalization.
