29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: On or about October 23, 2019, and at times prior there to, an employee was working from a front end loader bucket without using any means of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
