29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not prohibit the growth of facial hair of employees using tight fitting face piece respirators which would prevent a seal between the face piece and the face: On or about October 22, 2019; employer did not ensure all employees on location were clean shaven while working on a known Hydrogen Sulfide Field. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
