29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:  a) Hi-Grade Welding and Manufacturing, LLC, Schaumburg, IL- On October 30, 2019, employees voluntarily using respirators such as the 3M elastomeric half mask respirators, the Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) , the GVS Elipse SPR 321 P100 elastomeric half mask respirators and the 3M Aura 9211  N95-rated disposable respirators with filtering facepiece were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
