Employees using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to: Irganox B 215 FF, Sachtolith HD-S, Marlex 1017 Polyethylene, Linear Low Density Polyethylene, Tinuvin 622 SF, and Chimassorb 944 FDL.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
