29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): Industrial truck drivers were not prohibited from placing extremities outside the running lines of the truck.    a) Main Travel Lane:  Employees were exposed to crushing hazards while operating a Crown stand-up powered industrial truck. On or about October 30, 2019, an employee leaned out of the operator's compartment and was pinned in between the truck and a structural column, resulting in a fatal crushing injury.
