29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about October 17, 2019 the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from the point of operation on the Chevalier automatic centerless grinder (serial # GC015001) during operation. The machine is ran in automatic mode without the use of guarding to prevent the employees from reaching into the area where the grinder is performing work on the product.
