29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 10/30/19, at the roof area of the site, Lockport, NY. Employee, on a 2 in 12 roof installing sheet metals between ventilation louvers, was not protected by fall protections. Employee was exposed to fall of 16.5 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
