OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.     a) Roosevelt Ave. near E. 6th St., Howell, NJ: On or about October 28, 2019, the employer did not furnish a workplace free from recognized hazards that could cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  As such, a Lucas Brothers Inc employee riding as passenger on the side ladder of a John Deer 410G loader/tractor/backhoe was exposed to potential struck-by and/or crushed-by hazards.
