29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a. On or about 11/4/2019 at the Park Haven Subdivision, 5115 Park Haven Drive, Flowery Branch, GA, lot 2 where the builder failed to perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite where a framer was observed exposed to fall hazards of over 14-feet to the lower level while working from a folded 6-foot step ladder on the 4/12 pitched roof. b. On or about 11/4/2019 at the Park Haven Subdivision, 5115 Park Haven Drive, Flowery Branch, GA, lot 2 where the builder failed to perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite where a framer was observed exposed to fall hazards of over 13-feet to the lower level while working from the 4/12 pitched roof with no fall protection. c. On or about 11/4/2019 at the Park Haven Subdivision, 5122 Park Haven Drive, Flowery Branch, GA, lot 63 where the builder failed to perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite where a framer was observed exposed to fall hazards of over 10-feet to the lower level while working on the 6/12 pitched roof with no fall protection.
