Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about October 31, 2019, at a jobsite located at 900 N.E 4th St, Fort Lauderdale FL, an employee while installing rebar was exposed to a 10-ft. fall hazard above ground level without a means of fall protection.
