29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Rangel's Construction and Services, LLC, Flowery Branch, GA - On or about 11/05/2019, employees were observed exposed to fall hazards when no fall protection system was used while performing wood framing /roofing operations at: a. 5122 Park Haven Dr. Lot 63 Flowery Branch, GA at a height of 10.6 feet on the leading edge to the ground level with a roof slope of 6/12 and, b. 5115 Park Haven Dr. Lot 2 Flowery Branch, GA at a height of 13 feet to the ground level with a roof slope of 4/12. Rangel's Construction and Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1314034, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Providence Subdivision, Lot 51, Burleson Road Dawsonville, GA.
