Site: 1926 Ocean PKWY Brooklyn, NY On or about 11/5/19 a) An employee worked on the landing edge outside the window next to the roof disassembling a pump jack scaffold. He had a harness but was not tied off. Employee exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
