At, or near, the Nocatee entertainment stage, located at 245 Nocatee Center Way in Ponte Vedra, Florida; On or about October 25, 2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that an employee was assigned to use a JLG brand, model 36AM, vertical personnel lift, without first receiving training on the set-up and operation of the lift.
