29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a)  On November 4, 2019, an employee performing roofing work was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet.    b)  On November 4, 2019, subcontractor employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet.    A B B Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260185, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on October 3, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7801-7807 Bristol Park Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60477.      A B B Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251284, citation 1, item 3, and was affirmed final order on October 3, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7864-7866 Bristol Park Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60477.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
