29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a. 311 Half Acre Rd., Cranbury NJ - Warehouse The employer failed to ensure that employees operating powered industrial equipment looked in the direction of travel and had a clear view of the path of travel. An employee operated a Crown order picker in reverse and struck a racking stanchion with a box. Violation occurred on or about November 5, 2019

Relocatable Power Taps (RPT), also known as an extension block, power board, power bar, plug board, trailer lead and by many other variations, was not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's listing. a. 311 Half Acre Rd., Cranbury NJ - Warehouse The employer installed RTP's power computer equipment and plugged additional RTP's (daisy chained) to increase the number of outlets available for additional equipment in a manner that was not approved by the manufacture's listing. Violation observed on or about December 19, 2019
