29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Kalispell Art Casting: On November 6, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards without the employer having implemented an effective respiratory protection program while employees were performing operations including, but not limited to: patina application, welding and grinding metal, sand blasting, and pouring bronze casting.   b) Kalispell Art Casting: On November 6, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards without being fit tested to wear tight fitting respirators while employees were performing operations including, but not limited to: patina application, welding and grinding metal, sand blasting, and pouring bronze casting.   c) Kalispell Art Casting: On November 6, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while storing respirators in an open environment exposing the respirator to airborne dust and debris while employees were performing operations including, but not limited to: patina application, welding and grinding metal, sand blasting, and pouring bronze casting.   Kalispell Art Casting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1238767, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 461 Ash Road, Kalispell, Montana 59901.
