29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly:   On or about 11/6/2019, throughout the distribution center, where employees are trained and expected to fight incipient level fires the employer failed to inspect the portable fire extinguishers on a monthly basis since July 24, 2019. During the walk-around inspection there was a discharged extinguisher identified at location F 13 since September 2019, there were blocked extinguishers at locations including but not limited to E 034 and E 020, and none of the extinguishers mounted on poles in the center of the distribution center had location identifying markings.
