29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes. (a) In the freezer handling frozen foods, employer failed to provide proper protective gloves when employees were handling products which were maintained at 0 -7 ºF, on or about September 17, 2019.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about 09/17/2019 at 4003 Amberjack Blvd., Plant City, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on September 18, 2019 at around 4 P.M. The employer notified OSHA on September 20, 2019 at 9:30 A.M. of the in-patient hospitalization.
