On 06 November 2019, at a jobsite located at 209 Wollmington Dr. Oswego, IL. 60543, employees were observed installing tar paper and shingles on a roof without the proper personal protection equipment. Employees were not provided safety glasses to wear, when they were required to use pneumatic air guns to install tar paper and shingles on the roof. This exposed employees to a struck by hazard.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

This exposed employees to a fall hazard.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
