The employer's plan to maintain safety data sheets electronically was inadequate in that it required employees to perform an internet search, and hard copies of safety data sheets had not been maintained and updated to reflect current chemical inventory.  Employees work with hazardous chemicals such as brake cleaner that contains hexane, a flammable liquid.
