29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive siderails:  a)  At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 10/28/19:  A worker was observed positioning an aluminum extension ladder in close proximity to the main power line connection.  The ladder at one point became entangled with the power line before bringing it to rest against the building.
