At the residential construction site located at 501 SW Woods Chapel Road, Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees engaged in roofing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were not protected from flying particles by using eye or face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential construction site located at 501 SW Woods Chapel Rd, Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards greater than 19 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided/utilized.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At the residential construction site located at 501 SW Woods Chapel Rd, Blue Springs, Missouri:  Employees were accessing a working surface on a pitched roof by way of a portable ladder whose side rails did not extend 36 inches above the upper landing surface being accessed.
