29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers: (a) Warehouse Section B, U Avenue DLA Building 83 New Cumberland, PA - The employer did not ensure that a cover plate was installed on an electrical wire way, (junction box) with energized 277 volt wires connected with wire nuts, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock hazards, on or about November 7, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required.
