29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 2 Gravel Bend Rd., Egg Harbor Twp., NJ: On or about November 6, 2019 two Amaya Construction LLC employees were re-roofing a two story single family residence.  The employees were installing shingles and walking the steep sloped (6 on 12) roof while using no form of fall protection.  The employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than20 feet to the ground below.
