29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: location: throughout interior of building on or about: 11/07/19 a) Employees were using electrical equipment, such as but not limited to a DeWalt saw, while engaged in carpentry work. The employees were plugged into receptacles that were missing the faceplate covers. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
