29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn when working from an aerial lift. a) This violation was observed on or about November 4, 2019 at 1651 N. 9th St., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the employer did not ensure each employee was properly wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the proper anchor points while working in the JLG telescopic boom aerial lift, exposing the employees to a fall hazard. b) This violation was observed on or about November 4, 2019 at 1651 N. 9th St., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the employer did not ensure each employee was properly wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the proper anchor points while working in the Genie S-45 telescopic boom aerial lift, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
