29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 121 N. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on the top of the wood framed shell of the building and was not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Olathe Framing company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1160318, citation number 1, item number2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/8/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 401 Charlotte St., Kansas City, Missouri 64106.
