29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Jobsite, 37 Hawthorne Drive, Washington, PA: On or about November 6, 2019, two employees were instructed to cut the electric lines that included the main power and 5 individual electric lines to the 5 units in the townhome building. The 4 individual lines to the units were each marked on the metal meter center with a warning sticker from the electric company and were not energized, but the main power source did not have any markings on it and was energized.

(a) Jobsite, 37 Hawthorne Drive, Washington, PA: On or about October 18, 2019, two employees were instructed to cut the electric lines that included the service entrance feed and 5 individual electric lines to the 5 units in the townhome building resulting in an electrical shock injury to an employee.
