29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors; and Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. a) Conex box #2: A series of 120 volt electrical cords ran from a receptacle outlet on the west end of the box ran over to the east side of the box and then ran through a hole cut into the bottom of the southeast corner of the box where it then ran to the outside of the box where it powered an ice freezer. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
